I had a great experience at this hotel, thanks to its spacious rooms with private bathrooms and the added convenience of microwaves and fridges, plus it's ideally located just a short walk from the Waves Indoor Waterpark. This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The apartment was well-equipped and super clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The wifi, for Sisal standards, was reasonable and reliable. The pool was cleaned every day and so quiet, providing the perfect place to relax. The location was great, within walking distance to everything in this cute, quiet town. The option to cook in the basic kitchen setup helped us save money. The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to assist us. We even received a personal hammock for a comfortable sleep. The beach was just a two-minute walk away, and the whole place had a cozy and friendly atmosphere. it was a jaw-dropping experience, making it hard to leave after two nights.

the lady working there was incredibly helpful and did an amazing job. the apartment was well equipped, clean, and had reasonable wifi. the pool was cleaned every day and the whole place was so quiet. Even when other guests arrived, it remained peaceful. I recommend visiting on weekdays in Sisal. They even had a recycling system for plastic waste, which was great to see. Cons: Nothing, all great 👍.

The hotel offered upgraded towels and lighting, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. the swimming pool was just steps away from our room, making it convenient for a refreshing dip anytime.

The room we stayed in was in dire need of maintenance. the kitchenette was in a bad shape, with a worn-out frying pan and a microwave that was burned and stained.
